How do I track my order?
Please check your email to access your tracking info for your order. You can access on the USPS website.
What are your delivery options?
Items will be shipped standard delivery at a flat rate of $6. Shipping takes about 3-5 days. Free shipping is offered on orders of $100 or more. Processing time is 5 business days. Please add this to shipping time frame. If an item is not delivered you must contact USPS directly. Joey Lee is not responsible for any lost or missing packages that have been confirmed delivered.

To return your items please print the return form here and place it in the box your are returning with the items.

All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still, have the original tags attached. Return shipping will not be reimbursed. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping costs on returns..
Do you provide International delivery?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back soon for updates.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase please send it back within 14 days of receiving your items. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still, have the original tags attached. We will be happy to offer a refund in an e gift card to use on a future Joeyleecollection.com purchase. This is not transferrable for cash, it must be used within a year and lost e gift cards are not replaceable.
There are no returns after 15 days.
Due to the deep discounts we offer, all sale items are final sale. In addition, bodysuits, under garments, accessories and swim suits cannot be returned.
Since we cannot ensure the items you would like will be available once the return arrives, we do not offer exchanges.
